MAISON PERENNE upcycles its pieces through its network of artisans based in Fes and Meknes, Morocco. MAISON PERENNE delivers its products worldwide through DHL.

The customer will collect their goods at the delivery address specified on their order confirmation.

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the merchandise upon delivery and report any damages caused by transportation to the carrier on the delivery receipt and to MAISON PERENNE within one day.

Delivery Timelines:

After receiving your payment, your order is shipped within a maximum of 72 hours, subject to available stock.

Any potential delays will not entitle customers to damages, cancellations, or refusal of delivery.

Delivery fees vary based on the destination country and weight. For a weight less than 1 kg (equivalent to the weight of a Quilt jacket):

Europe: Free

Morocco : Free

America : Free

Please note that in some countries, customs fees and/or import taxes may be imposed by the authorities of the destination country. These additional costs are the responsibility of our customers. Goods delivered to Europe have been subject to customs duties since 2021, which can average around 20% of the declared value of the goods.

Our policy lasts for 15 days. If more than 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Items not eligible for return:

Gift cards
Due to the nature of upcycling, our items are crafted from vintage textiles, clothing, accessories, or other materials that have been previously used. These materials, which we upcycle, may not be in a new condition and may show signs of wear for some. However, we wash all our materials before production, and we wash and iron the piece again after completion. Therefore, items cannot be returned due to signs of material wear.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

In certain cases, only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale or Promotional Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are initially defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at h.ismaili@maison-perenne.com and send your item to: n°54, MIMOSAS, FES, 35100, Morocco.

To return your product, you should mail it to the following postal address: n°54, MIMOSAS, FES, 35100, Morocco.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 75 €, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
